Notice of Financial Incentive

Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, the incentives, rewards, perks and/or programs (hereinafter, “Programs”) we offer may be considered a “financial incentive” or a “bona fide loyalty program”, including those in our Cozy Club offered to our customers. These U.S. state privacy laws require us to provide you with this Notice of Financial Incentives / Bona Fide Loyalty Program Disclosure (“Notice”).

By registering for and participating in any of our Programs, including our Cozy Club, you provide us with, and we collect the categories of information set forth in our Privacy Policy and related privacy notices. We may offer you certain rewards, discounts, and other incentives in exchange for your purchases of our products and engagement on our website or with our products and the associated collection of your information.

We do not assign specific monetary or other value to the specific types of information we collect from and about you; however, different actions may earn you separate and increased rewards. For example, you may earn a larger discount your email and then your phone number or you may a “birthday” reward or discount if you provide us with your birthday. The value of such rewards is based upon a practical and good-faith effort to quantify the value to us of your continued purchase of our products and interactions with our website.[1]  We do not sell, or process information collected via our Programs for targeted advertising.

Participation in our Programs is voluntary, and by signing up for one of our Programs, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with the terms of our Program. If you later wish to cancel your Program or withdraw your consent, you can do so by contacting us or otherwise following the cancellation terms and conditions of your Program.

You may also choose to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your information or the use of your information for targeted advertising, and your participation in our Programs will not be affected; however, you may be unable to receive the full benefits of the rewards you have collected. Further, if you make a request to delete all your information, we will be unable to provide you with any additional Program benefits.
